Bandwidth limitation active/inactive for kameli.miuku.net
0 = no limitation, 1 = limitation activated. The system monitors the weekly and monthly traffic graphs. The average combined in+out bytes/sec should stay below 740000 bytes/sec (around 360kB/s in and out) so I don't exceed my 2000GB/month traffic limit. If the weekly rate is exceeded, IP address 1 is removed from the pool. If the monthly rate is exceeded, IP address 2 is removed from the pool.
